Vitality Sensor name to change?

According to recent Nintendo documents, the Vitality Sensor may not be the device’s final name.

In these Nintendo documents, next to the Vitality Sensor name is a label saying ‘Tentative Name’, meaning that the Vitality Sensor is likely to not be the final name. Many Nintendo-related products have changed names from their original announcement, such as the Wii, which was originally called Nintendo Revolution. There are multiple rumoured names floating around such as Wii Relax, so perhaps one of the rumoured names will become official?

It’s likely that the Vitality Sensor will make an appearance at E3, so perhaps we’ll get the true name then, as well as a release date?
